The Yantian Zhimao Low-altitude Economy Industrial Park marked a significant milestone March 28 with the successful conclusion of its inaugural investment promotion event.

During the event, 11 companies, including Shenzhen Wushang Aviation Technology Co. Ltd. and Shenzhen Feiyue Xingqiong Technology Co. Ltd., officially signed agreements to set up operations in the park, bolstering the development of the low-altitude economy in Yantian District.

The event brought together over 40 enterprises from the low-altitude economy sector, showcasing 10 high-quality projects through dynamic roadshows. The conference adopted an innovative format, combining project presentations with thematic discussions exploring trends in the industry, technological advancements, and market opportunities. These discussions aimed to foster collaboration and create a blueprint for mutual growth within the sector, while strategically positioning Yantian as a hub for low-altitude economy development.

Located in the Shatoujiao Bonded Area’s Jingmao Town, the Yantian Zhimao Low-altitude Economy Industrial Park spans approximately 20,000 square meters. Since its transformation into a specialized incubator for low-altitude economy enterprises in late 2024, the park has focused on becoming a national leader in innovation within this emerging industry. Efforts to attract high-quality companies have intensified, with the park positioning itself as a key player in Shenzhen’s low-altitude economy landscape.

Yantian District has been proactive in supporting the low-altitude economy, with a series of policy measures aimed at fostering the industry’s growth. These measures include land supply, tax incentives, and the establishment of industry-specific funds, all designed to nurture the low-altitude economy cluster in the district. As one of the district’s leading industrial parks, Yantian Zhimao also offers a range of incentives to attract and support businesses, including rent-free periods, rent subsidies, and access to specialized investment and incubation services.

With the first batch of companies now settling in, the park is entering a new phase of development. The park also revealed plans to attract an additional 30 companies by the end of this year, further expanding the industrial ecosystem and promoting collaboration across the low-altitude economy’s value chain.
